Understand your mind. Empower your future.
Hello, I’m Rebecca, a Registered Provisional Psychologist serving individuals in St. Albert, Edmonton, and surrounding areas.
I provide individualized counselling services designed to help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, or seeking a deeper understanding of your experiences, therapy can offer a space for reflection, growth, and healing.
I support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image concerns, workplace burnout, parenting challenges, grief and loss, and the transitions that often accompany different stages of life, including perimenopause. I am especially passionate about helping people develop greater self-awareness, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values and goals.
My approach is grounded in a feminist and anti-oppressive framework. I recognize that mental health is shaped not only by individual experiences but also by broader social, cultural, and systemic influences. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make choices that promote your well-being and support the future you envision for yourself.

Why do Therapy?
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping your life. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, therapy can help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
Working with a therapist can help you develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Through compassionate and collaborative conversations, therapy encourages growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change at your own pace.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy as a way to invest in their personal growth, strengthen relationships, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Therapy is a place where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
